Organize emails

If there is not enough email storage capacity, you can organize your emails by moving or deleting them in bulk by setting up a condition.

With the ‘Organize’ function, you can secure more storage capacity by permanently deleting emails that have already been deleted or moved to Trash.

Organize emails

The ‘Organize mail’ function is available for ‘All Mails’ on top of the list of mailboxes.

Organize unread emails

You can sort and check unread emails by each sender.
You can select the list to delete unread emails at once or mark them as read.

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Hover the mouse over ‘All Mails’.
  3. Click  to open the ‘Organize mail’ window.
  4. In the ‘Unread Email’ list under the ‘Organize Unread Emails’ tab, click the senders of the emails you want to organize.
  5. Click ‘Read’ or ‘Delete’ for the selected emails.

Organize old emails

You can organize emails that you received before or during a specific period.

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Hover the mouse over ‘All Mails’.
  3. Click  to open the ‘Organize mail’ window.
  4. Click the ‘Organize Old Emails’ tab.
  5. Select the mailbox you want to organize.
  6. Select a period.
  7. Select how to organize the emails. You can move the emails to a new mailbox, an existing mailbox, or Trash.
  8. Click ‘Confirm’.

Organize emails by sender

You can delete or move emails you received from a specific email address.

Delete emails sent from a specific email address

You can delete emails you received from a specific email address.
You can set the storage period for the deleted emails in ‘PC Web > Settings > Mail > Preferences > Delete/store mail > Auto Empty Trash’.

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Select the emails you want to organize in Mail.
  3. Click the ‘More’ button on top of the page.
  4. Click ‘Organize mail from this sender’.
  5. Click the ‘Delete’ tab.
  6. Select the mailbox you want to delete next to ‘Select mailbox’. You can select between ‘Current’ and ‘All’.
  7. For the ‘Scope’, select between ‘All mail’ and ‘All unread mail’.
  8. Click ‘Confirm’.

Move emails sent from a specific email address

You can move emails you received from a specific email address. You can use this function in ‘Filter’ as well.

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Select the emails you want to organize in Mail.
  3. Click the ‘More’ button on top of the page.
  4. Click ‘Organize mail from this sender’.
  5. Click the ‘Move’ tab.
  6. Select the mailbox you want to move next to ‘Select mailbox’. You can also create a new mailbox.
  7. For the ‘Scope’, select between ‘All mail’ and ‘All unread mail’.
  8. Set whether to move all emails sent by the sender in the future by selecting ‘Move all emails from the selected sender to [Selected mailbox] from now on’.
  9. Click ‘Confirm’.
