This function is only available for the Advanced plan.
You can create your own mailbox under My Mailbox and manage emails according to each purpose by moving them to the created mailboxes.
Create a new mailbox
You can create a new mailbox under My Mailbox to store emails.
Mobile
- Tap
in Mail.
- Tap 'Manage' right to 'My Mailbox'.
- Tap
on the top right.
- Enter a name for the mailbox and select a location.
- Tap 'Save' to create a new mailbox.
PC Web
- Click
on the top.
- Hover the mouse over 'My Mailbox' and then click
that appear next to My Mailbox.
- Enter a name for the mailbox in the 'New mailbox' field.
You can enter up to 100 characters for the name. The name cannot contain '/'. Mailboxes can have up to 5 levels of hierarchy.
Edit My Mailbox
You can edit the name and location of the mailboxes you created.
Mobile
- Tap
in Mail.
- Tap 'Manage' right to 'My Mailbox'.
- Tap the mailbox you want to edit.
- Edit the mailbox name and select a location.
PC Web
- Click
on the top.
- Hover the mouse over the mailbox you want to edit.
- Click
and then 'Change name' to edit.
To move the location, click the mailbox and drag it to the place of your choice.
Delete My Mailbox
You can delete the mailboxes you created.
Mobile
- Tap
in Mail.
- Tap 'Manage' right to 'My Mailbox'.
- Tap the mailbox you want to delete.
- Tap 'Delete Mailbox' to delete the mailbox.
PC Web
- Click
on the top.
- Hover the mouse over the mailbox you want to delete.
- Click
and then 'Delete'.
Deleting a mailbox will also delete all of the sub-mailboxes included. All deleted mailboxes and sub-mailboxes are stored in Trash.
