Send an email as a message

This function is only available for the Advanced plan.

You can send an email to a message room.

The email will be forwarded to the message room as an .eml file. Press the file to immediately view the content.

You can send one email to multiple message rooms at a time.

 

You can select up to 30 message rooms at once to send the email.

However, confidential emails cannot be sent as a message.

Also, confidential emails can only be sent to message rooms that do not contain external contacts.

Mobile

  1. Tap the email you want to send as a message in the email list.
  2. Tap  on the top right.
  3. Tap 'Send'.
  4. Select the member or the message room, and then tap 'Confirm'.

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Click the email you want to send as a message in the email list.
  3. Click 'Send' on the top right of the email subject line.
  4. Click 'Send via Message'.
  5. Select the member or the message room, and then click ' Forward'.
