This function is only available for the Advanced plan.
You can save emails as drafts when composing new emails and open them for further editing.
Save an email as a draft
When composing an email, you can save the email as a draft without sending it.
Mobile
- Tap
in the Compose Mail screen.
- Tap 'Save as draft' to save the email as a draft.
Large attachments are not saved when saving a draft on the mobile app.
PC Web
- Click
on the top.
- Click 'Compose' in Mail.
- Click 'Save temporarily' in the Compose Mail pane to save the email as a draft.
View and edit emails saved as a draft
In the 'Temporary' mailbox, you can view and edit emails you have saved as drafts.
Mobile
- Tap
in Mail.
- Tap 'Temporary'.
- View the emails saved as drafts and tap to edit.
PC Web
- Click
on the top.
- In Mail, click 'Drafts' on the left.
- View the emails saved as drafts and tap to edit.
Delete a draft
You can delete emails you saved as drafts in 'Temporary'.
Mobile
- Tap
in Mail.
- Tap 'Temporary'.
- Swipe left on the draft you want to delete.
- Tap 'Delete' to delete the draft.
PC Web
- Click
on the top.
- In Mail, click 'Drafts' on the left.
- Select the draft you want to delete.
- Click 'Delete'.
On the PC web, you can delete email drafts in the Mail compose window ('Mail compose window > More > Delete draft') without visiting the Temporary mailbox.
