Email templates

CONTENTS

You can save frequently used email formats as templates for you to compose emails more conveniently. You can save information on the recipients (To, Cc, and Bcc), subject, general attachments, and email body in a template.

Add email templates

You can create up to 50 templates from the Mail Compose window or page.
However, you cannot save emails with a set download period, security level, or send date as email templates.

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Click ‘Compose’ in Mail.
  3. Enter the recipients and the email content in the Compose Mail window or page.
  4. Click ‘Other’ on the top left.
  5. Click ‘Template’.
  6. Click ‘+ Save text as template’.
  7. Enter the template subject and click ‘Save’.

Open an email template

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Click ‘Compose’ in Mail.
  3. Click ‘Other’ on the top left of the Compose Mail window or page.
  4. Click ‘Template’.
  5. Click the subject of the template you want to use on the list of templates.

Delete email templates

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Click ‘Compose’ in Mail.
  3. Click ‘Other’ on the top left of the Compose Mail window or page.
  4. Click ‘Template’.
  5. Click ‘x’ next to the subject of the template you want to delete from the list.
  6. Click ‘OK’.
