This function is only available for the Advanced plan.
For the Standard plan, you can use this function by applying for and using the Drive option.
You can delete or restore files.
Online-only files
If you delete an online-only file marked with , you can only restore the file from the Drive Trash on the PC web.
Delete
- Right-click the online-only file to delete in the Sync Folder.
- Click 'Move to Trash'.
Restore
- Hover the mouse over the LINE WORKS Drive
icon on the taskbar.
- Right-click the icon.
- Click 'Go to Drive PC Web'.
- Click
on the left menu of Drive to open Trash.
- Check the checkboxes of the deleted files and folders.
- Click 'Restore' on the top.
Temporary local or local-only files
If you delete a temporary local-only file marked with or a local-only file marked with
, you can restore from both the Recycle Bin (Trash) of your local PC and the Drive Trash on the PC web.
Delete
- Right-click the temporary local file or local-only file to delete in the Sync Folder.
- Click 'Move to Trash'.
Restore
- Open the 'Recycle Bin' of your local PC.
- Right-click the deleted file or folder.
- Click 'Put Back'.
Files in LINE WORKS Drive (Group) (W:)
If you have deleted files in the LINE WORKS Drive(Group) (W:) folder, you can only restore them from the Drive Trash on the PC web.
Delete
- Right-click the online-only file to delete in the Sync Folder.
- Click 'Move to Trash'.
Restore
- Hover the mouse over the LINE WORKS Drive
icon on the taskbar.
- Right-click the icon.
- Click 'Go to Drive PC Web'.
- Click
on the left menu of Drive to open Trash.
- Check the checkboxes of the deleted files and folders.
- Click 'Restore' on the top.
