This function is only available for the Standard and Advanced plans.
This menu is only available on the PC web and is not provided on the mobile app.
You can apply for, change, and cancel Options. Only users who are using Standard and Advanced plans can apply for Options. The following are the Options that users can apply for each plan.
- Standard plan: Drive, Message Archiving, Shared Storage, Extend clients/partners contacts list
- Advanced plan: Message Archiving, Email Archiving, Shared Storage, Extend clients/partners contacts list
Apply for Options
PC Web
- In Admin, select 'Purchase(Upgrade)' on the left to expand the menu and click 'Manage Option' to access the page.
- Check the options list and click 'Apply' at the bottom of the option you want to apply.
- For options with units, select the unit to apply for.
- After reading the information provided on the Options application, click 'Confirm' to complete the application.
Change Options
You can only upgrade Options from the plan currently in use.
PC Web
- In Admin, select 'Purchase(Upgrade)' on the left to expand the menu and click 'Manage Option' to access the page.
- Check the options list and click 'Change' at the bottom of the option you want to change.
- Select the unit to change.
- After reading the information provided on changing Options, click 'Confirm' to complete the application.
Cancel options
For annual contract users, a penalty is incurred when canceling an option. The same option can be applied from the 1st of the following month.
PC Web
- In Admin, select 'Purchase(Upgrade)' on the left to expand the menu and click 'Manage Option' to access the page.
- Check the options list and click 'Terminate' at the bottom of the option you want to cancel.
- After reading the information provided on cancelling Options, click 'Confirm' to complete the application.
