Advanced search

This function is only available for the Advanced plan.
For the Standard plan, you can use this function by applying for and using the Drive option. 

When you are having a hard time searching for files and folders, you can perform an advanced search by adding search scope, file type, or modified date as search criteria.

Mobile

  1. Tap  in Drive.
  2. Tap 'Advanced'.
  3. Select the folder you want to set as the scope of search. If no folder is selected, the entire folders will be searched.
  4. Specify the scope by selecting a file type such as document, image, video, music, compressed file, or .exe files if needed.
  5. Select a period based on the file modification date if needed.
  6. Enter the keywords such as the file/folder name to search.

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Click 'Advanced' on the top in Drive.
  3. Select a file format. You can specify the scope of a search by selecting a file type such as document, image, video, music, or compressed file if needed.
  4. Select a search location if needed. If no folder is selected, the entire folders will be searched.
  5. Select a file size.
  6. Select a file upload period if needed.
  7. Click 'Search'.
