This function is only available for the Advanced plan.
For the Standard plan, you can use this function by applying for and using the Drive option.
You can send files saved in Drive via messages.
Send a file via message
Mobile
- Tap
next to the file you want to send in Drive. - Tap ‘Send’.
- Tap ‘Send as file’.
- Select the target to send the file to. To select another message room, tap ‘More’. To select a contact, tap ‘Contacts’.
- Tap ‘Confirm’ to send the file.
PC Web
- Click
on the top. - Hover the mouse over the file to send as a message.
- Click
. - Hover the mouse over ‘Send as file’ and click ‘Send via message’.
- Select the contact or message room to send the file and click ‘Forward’.
Send multiple files via message
Mobile
- Tap and hold the file you want to send.
- Select the file to send.
- Tap
on the bottom left. - Tap ‘Send as file’.
- Select the target to send the file to. To select another message room, tap ‘More’. To select a contact, tap ‘Contacts’.
- Tap ‘Confirm’ to send the file.
PC Web
- Click on the top.
- Click
on the top of a file to select files to send. - Click ‘Send’ on the top.
- Click ‘Send via message’.
- Select the contact or message room to send the file and click ‘Forward’.
