File lock and unlock notification settings

This function is only available for the Advanced plan.
For the Standard plan, you can use this function by applying for and using the Drive option.

You can change the file lock and unlock notification settings in Drive Explorer.

  • Run the Drive Explorer
  • Share, Invite to Group Folder
  • Uploads Notification
  • File Lock and Unlock

macOS

  1. Run the Drive Explorer.
  2. Log into LINE WORKS Drive.
  3. Click the Drive Explorer icon from the menu bar on the top.
  4. Click 'Preferences'.
  5. Click the 'File Notifications' tab.
  6. On the bottom, change the setting for 'Set notification when a file is locked or unlocked'.
