Amazon Business

Amazon Business is a B2B marketplace used by corporate and institutional buyers. It provides reasonable prices, variety, and convenience to buyers, and one-stop solutions to sales, payment, and delivery to sellers. With Amazon Business, corporate and institutional buyers benefit from a wide range of product lines, special corporate customer rates, two-day delivery services, and a simple approval process. By connecting LINE WORKS and Amazon Business, you can purchase items necessary for work, from office supplies to tools and cleaning supplies, at ease in LINE WORKS.

You need an Amazon Business account to use the app. If you do not have an account, you can create an account on the Amazon Business website.

Add an app

Add Amazon Business app from the App directory to use.

Mobile

  1. Tap the icon in the Admin.
  2. Tap ‘App directory’.
  3. Tap the Amazon Business app.
  4. On the redirected page, enter the information below and click ‘OK’ on the bottom.
    • Connect your business account: Sync the Amazon Business account information to LINE WORKS.
    • Manage shipping address: Enter the shipping address to which the purchased item will be delivered. Members can check the saved delivery destination in the Bot.
    • Purchase notification settings: Enter the LINE WORKS ID of the administrator who will be notified of purchase information when members make a purchase.
  5. Select the members to use the app.
  6. Tapping ‘Add’ will add the ‘Amazon Business’ app on the message list of selected members.

PC Web

  1. Click ‘App directory’ from the left menu of the Admin.
  2. Click the Amazon Business app.
  3. Click ‘Add to LINE WORKS’.
  4. On the redirected page, enter the information below and click ‘OK’ on the bottom.
    • Connect your business account: Sync the Amazon Business account information to LINE WORKS.
    • Manage shipping address: Enter the shipping address to which the purchased item will be delivered. Members can check the saved delivery destination in the Bot.
    • Purchase notification settings: Enter the LINE WORKS ID of the administrator who will be notified of purchase information when members make a purchase.
  5. Select the members to use the app.
  6. Clicking ‘Add’ will add the ‘Amazon Business’ Bot on the message list of selected members.

Connect accounts

You need an Amazon Business account to connect Amazon Business services to LINE WORKS. If you have an account, find and enter From Identity, Shared Secret, and PO Request URL in the Amazon Business Settings screen.

Mobile

  1. Tap on the Amazon Business website.
  2. Tap ‘Business settings’.
  3. Tap ‘Groups’ of the ‘Members’.
  4. Tap ‘Add Group’.
  5. Enter the Group name, and select ‘Shared Addresses-Admin will provide ones for the group to use’ for both Payment methods and Shipping addresses.
  6. Tap ‘Add Group’.
  7. Tap the added group.
  8. Tap the System integrations’ ‘Configure purchasing system’.
  9. On the ‘Set up your purchasing system’ page, select ‘LINE WORKS’ and tap ‘Save’.
  10. Enter in the order of ‘From Identity’ in cXML, ‘Shared Secret’ in cXML,and Purchase order request URL on the connect to LINE WORKS page.

 

PC Web

  1. On the Amazon Business website, click ‘Business settings’ and then ‘Group’of the ‘Members’.
  2. Click ‘Add Group’.
  3. Enter the Group name, and select ‘Shared Addresses-Admin will provide ones for the group to use’ for both Payment methods and Shipping addresses.
  4. Click ‘Add Group’.
  5. Click the added group.
  6. Click the System integrations’ ‘Configure purchasing system’.
  7. On the ‘Set up your purchasing system’ page, select ‘LINE WORKS’ and click ‘Save’.
  8. Enter in the order of ‘From Identity’ in cXML, ‘Shared Secret’ in cXML,and ‘Purchase order request URL’ on the connect to LINE WORKS page.

 

Using the app

You can use the Amazon Business app to purchase items that your company needs and receive notifications about order and delivery information.

Mobile

  1. Tap the icon in the message.
  2. Tap ‘Message Room’.
  3. Select ‘Amazon Business’ from ‘Bot’ and tap ‘Confirm’.
  4. Tap ‘Start’ to create a message room.
  5. Tap ‘Start’ in the app.
  6. You need an Amazon Business account to use the app. If you have an account, tap ‘Yes, I am a member.’ and enter your email account. If you do not have an account, tap ‘No, I am a new user’ and enter a new email account.
  7. Tap ‘Shop’.
  8. ‘Select’ the destination to which the item will be delivered to access the Amazon Business website.
  9. After adding the items to purchase into the shopping cart, tap ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
  10. Select the shipping option and tap ‘Continue’.
  11. Select a payment method and tap ‘Continue’.
  12. When you check your order history and tap ‘Submit order for approval’, your order request history will be sent to the app.
  13. After checking the order request history in the app, tap ‘Checkout’ to pay.
  14. A notification is sent to the app when the order is completed and shipped. The manager will be notified when the order is complete.

PC Web

  1. Click the at the top.
  2. Click ‘Create a message room’ at the top of the message room list.
  3. Click ‘Message Room’.
  4. Select ‘Amazon Business’ on the ‘Bot’ tab and click ‘Invite’.
  5. Click ‘Start’ to create a message room.
  6. Click ‘Start’ in the app.
  7. You need an Amazon Business account to use the app. If you have an account, click ‘Yes, I am a member.’ and enter your email account. If you do not have an account, click ‘No, I am a new user’ and enter a new email account.
  8. Click ‘Shop’.
  9. ‘Select’ the destination to which the item will be delivered to access the Amazon Business website.
