Storage policy

CONTENTS

This function can be used by applying for the Message archiving option for the Standard and Advanced plans, or Mail archiving option for the Advanced plan.

Set the archiving period and target for data storage.

Even if the user deletes the data, the data that fits the set archiving period and target is stored and can be searched by creating an issue. However, emails that are permanently deleted from Trash will not be stored.

Depending on the administrator setting, you can store data for exchanged emails and messages for a year to 10 years maximum. Data will be stored according to the set archiving retention period.

For example, if you set the retention period to 1 year on January 1, 2022, data from January 2, 2021, to January 1, 2022, will be archived.
