You can check the news and content keyword you want to read or register an RSS feed with News Notification Bot.
Also, you can receive content via News Notification Bot at a time you set every day.
Add the News Notification Bot app
To use the News Notification Bot, you need to add the app in the App directory.
- Click 'App directory' from the left menu in Admin. Tap
on mobile to see the menu. - Press the 'News Notification Bot' app.
- Press 'Add to LINE WORKS'.
- Select members to use the app.
- Press 'Save'. 'News Notification Bot' app is added to the Message Bot list.
Add content
You can add up to 10 contents on the News Notification Bot.
Mobile
- Tap
and then 
at the bottom right. - Tap 'Message Room' .
- Select 'News Notification Bot' from the 'Bot' tab.
- Tap 'Confirm' to open a message Room.
- Tap 'Start' after opening the message room.
- Tap 'Register news notifications'.
- Enter the keyword or RSS feed URL on the message entry field.
- Tap 'Yes'.
- Tap 'OK'.
PC App
- Click
on the top right of the screen. - Click at the bottom of the message room list.
- Click 'Message Room'.
- Select 'News Notification' from the 'Bot' tab.
- Click 'Send messages' to create a message room.
- Open the message room and click 'Start'.
- Click
from the message entry field. - Click 'Register'.
- Enter the keyword or RSS feed URL on the message entry field.
- Send the message you entered.
- Click 'Yes'.
- Click 'OK'.
Edit content
You can edit keywords or RSS feed you have registered.
- Select 'News Notification Bot' from the message room list.
- Select from the message entry field to open the menu.
- Select 'Edit notifications'.
- Select the content to edit.
- Select 'Keyword / RSS feed'.
- Enter the keyword or RSS feed on the message entry field.
- Send the entered message.
Edit content notification hours
You can change the hours to receive notifications on content update information.
- Select 'News Notification Bot' from the message room list.
- Select from the message entry field to open the menu.
- Select 'Edit notifications'.
- Select the content to edit.
- Select 'Notification time'.
- Enter the notification time of your choice in 4 digits in the message entry field. For example, if you would like to receive the notification at 3:30 p.m., enter '1530'.
- Send the entered message.
Delete content
You can delete keywords or RSS feed you have registered.
- Select 'News Notification Bot' from the message room list.
- Select from the message entry field to open the menu.
- Select 'Delete notifications'.
- Select 'Delete' for the content to delete.
- Select 'Yes'.
