Upload/Download

This function is only available for the Advanced plan.
For the Standard plan, you can use this function by applying for and using the Drive option

Check the number and file size of uploaded or downloaded files on Drive.

You can search by specifying the period and download info in an Excel file format.

Upload/Download

Check the number and file size of uploaded and downloaded files.

  1. Select 'Statistics' from the left to expand the menu. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus.
  2. Press the 'Drive' from the sub-menus of Statistics to access the 'Upload/Download' page.

Number of files

Displays the statistics on the number of files.

The number of files counts the files uploaded or downloaded in Drive. For example, if you download a file twice, it counts as 2.

The number also counts the files in the following folders.

  • Folders shared by the company, organization, and group units
  • Personal Folders

Hover your mouse over the chart to see the number of files uploaded or downloaded on a specific day.

  • View: Select a specific period or enter the search period directly. Then press 'View' to see the statistics. You can only search for data created less than a year.
  • Download: Press 'Download' at the top right to download the page in Excel file format.

File size

Displays the statistics on the file size.

File size reflects uploaded or downloaded file size in Drive. The file size also counts the sizes of files in the following folders.

  • Folders shared by the company, organization, and group units
  • Personal Folders

Hover your mouse over the chart to see the file size of uploaded or downloaded files of a specific day.

  • View: Select a specific period or enter the search period directly. Then press 'View' to see the statistics. You can only search for data created less than a year.
  • Download: Press 'Download' at the top right to download the page in Excel file format.
