Trusted devices

You can check the full list of devices that members have registered as trusted devices to use 'Login with the phone unlock method', and unregister each device if necessary.

You can also check and manage each member's trusted devices in 'Member > Member'.

However, this menu is only displayed if the ‘Login with the phone unlock method (FIDO)’ setting in ‘Security > Account Security’ is allowed.

Check the list of trusted devices

You can check the list of trusted devices when the member has set ‘Login with the phone unlock method’.

Select 'Security' from the Admin menu on the left, expand the menu, then press 'Trusted Devices' to access the page. On mobile, tap to access the menus.

Unregister specific trusted devices

You can unregister specific trusted devices to have members no longer use the login with the phone unlock function.

  1. Select 'Security' from the Admin menu on the left, expand the menu, then press 'Trusted Devices' to access the page. On mobile, tap to access the menus.
  2. Select the device you want to remove, then press 'Remove Device' on the top left.
  3. Check the notice and press 'OK'.

Even after unregistering trusted devices, members can register them as trusted devices again or log in again on this device using a different login method.
