Send a link

CONTENTS

You can send links for files and folders within the Team/Group Folder instead of emails or messages with attachments to members outside of a team or group.

You can enhance security by setting access permission, valid period, and editing permission.

Link sharing is effective for sharing large files.

Folders and files shared as links are marked with on the right of their name.

However, the team leader or Group Master must allow the use of link sharing to send a link.

You cannot send links to Team/Group Folders with permissions set or External Group Folders.
