Delete an event

Any team or group member, including those who created the events, can delete the events.

Mobile

  1. Tap the event to delete.
    At the bottom of the event information, you can view the event creator, editor, and the edited time and date.
  2. Tap  on the top right of the event.
  3. Tap ‘Delete’ to delete the event.

PC Web

When deleting an event on the PC web, you can select whether to send notifications to the Team/Group Message Room.

  1. Click the event you want to delete from the events list at the bottom.
    At the bottom of the event information, you can view the event creator, editor, and the edited time and date.
  2. Click  on the top right of the event.
  3. Click ‘Delete’.
    • If you want to only delete the selected event, click ‘Delete this event only’, and ‘Delete’ to delete the event.
    • If you want to delete the selected and future events, click ‘Delete this event and all future events’, and click ‘Delete’ to delete the events.
    • If you want to delete all the repeating events before and after the date, click ‘Deleted full repeated events’, and click ‘Delete’ to delete the events.
  4. Click ‘Delete’.

Please note that you will not be able to restore the events once they are deleted.
