Notification settings per service

You can change notification settings for each service.

Event notifications

You can choose whether to receive service notification messages for events.

  • Event Invitation/Update Notification: You can choose whether to receive notifications for event invitations, changes, and cancellations.
  • Event Response Notification: You can choose whether to receive notifications when users respond to your event invitation.

Mobile

  1. Tap ‘Home’ on the bottom.
  2. Tap .
  3. Tap 'Notification settings'.
  4. Tap 'Event'.
  5. Select the function to turn notifications on or off.

PC Web

You can set whether to receive notifications for events in the 'Calendar' setting page ('Settings > Notification'). For more information, refer to making changes to settings on event notifications

Task notification

Set whether to receive notification messages related to the Task service.

Mobile

  1. Tap ‘Home’ on the bottom.
  2. Tap .
  3. Tap 'Notification settings'.
  4. Under 'Message Notification', tap 'Task'.
  5. Turn on or off the 'Assigned/Completed/Edited task notification'.

PC Web

You can set whether to receive Task-related service notification messages. For more information, refer to Notifications for Tasks.

Form notifications

You can choose whether to allow service notification messages for forms.

  • At the end of the form period: You can choose whether to receive notifications when the form period ends.
  • When all members complete the form: You can choose whether to receive notifications when all members have completed responding to the form.
  • Send reminder to non-respondents: Set whether to send reminder notifications to non-respondents one day before the form deadline.

Mobile

  1. Tap ‘Home’ on the bottom.
  2. Tap .
  3. Tap 'Notification settings' in Settings.
  4. Tap 'Form'.
  5. Turn on/off 'At the end of the Form period'.

PC Web

  1. In 'Settings > Notification', you can set whether to receive notifications for forms. For more information, refer to Form notification settings > PC Web.

Folder notifications

You can choose whether to receive service notification messages for folders.

  • Unlocked file notification: You can choose whether to receive notifications when the files you had locked have been unlocked.
  • Invitation notification for sharing: You can choose whether to receive notifications when a folder is shared.

  1. Tap ‘Home’ on the bottom.
  2. Tap .
  3. Tap 'Notification settings' in Settings.
  4. Tap 'Folder'.
  5. Select the function to turn notifications on or off.

PC Web

You can set whether to receive notifications for folders in the 'Drive' setting page ('Settings > Notification')For more information, refer to Notifications for Drive

Notifications for each message room

You can customize the notification setting for each message room. The following are the notification message types.

  • 'All messages': Allow notifications for all messages shared in the message room.
  • 'Mentioned messages': Allow notifications for only the messages that mention you in the message room.
  • 'Turn off notification': Block notifications for all messages shared in the message room.

Turn on/off notifications for all messages in the message room

You can turn on/off notifications for all messages shared in the message room.

Mobile

  1. Tap  in the Group Message Room.
  2. Tap 'Notification'.
  3. Tap 'All messages' to receive notifications for all messages, or 'Turn off notification' to turn off all notifications.

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Click a message room from the message room list.
  3. Click  on the top right.
  4. Click 'Notification settings'.
  5. Click 'All messages' to receive notifications for all messages, or 'Turn off notification' to turn off all notifications.
  6. Click 'OK'.

Allow notifications only for the messages that mention you

You can turn off all notifications and receive notifications only for the messages that mention you.

Mobile

  1. Tap  in the Group Message Room.
  2. Tap 'Notification'.
  3. Tap 'Mentioned messages'.

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Click a message room from the message room list.
  3. Click  on the top right.
  4. Click 'Notification settings'.
  5. Click 'Messages with my name mentioned'.
  6. Click 'OK'.
